I'm really struggling to decide on whether to add the Cholaca straight to the primary before packaging the beer or waiting to add it to the keg. My concern on adding it to the keg (16oz for 5 gal) is whether or not it'll create too much sludge at the bottom and if it'll become too strong (bitter) over time. I'm adding to a 9% Stout, so it's not as if the beer will be consumed super quick. Any thoughts from those of you who have worked with Cholaca in the past?
