I can't wait for the angry, deflective Facebook post somehow justifying all this.

Whoops! Your request was not successful. Please try again or contact us if the problem persists.

that's the message I keep getting now was able to enter info but that's it

Wow. Bought like 10 tickets apparently. Every time it told me error in processing card - kidding! Will be funny to see how many email confirmations keep rolling in.
So you're saying this message that says "Whoops! There was an error creating your booking" is probably ********?

Dear Beer Industry,

It shouldn't be this hard. It shouldn't be so hard to throw an event. It shouldn't be so hard to sell me a ticket.

But this **** is constant. It is one ****-up after another. It's Goose Island letting in every person in Chicago to their anniversary party even though- shockingly enough- you physically can't fit that many people in two city blocks. Or it's the Huna 2014 debacle. Or any number of DLDs that went south because FFF decided to change something that was perfectly fine the year before, or worse, didn't understand how to scale up.

It's the ICBG moving to an unproven ticket seller for their biggest event of the year. And doing so only a month after their Oak Park event used Brown Paper Tickets- an established, well liked ticket seller- to much ******* success.

It isn't hard. It really ******* isn't. And if you're not professional enough to handle it yourself, HIRE A ******* COMPANY TO DO IT FOR YOU. That's the most frustrating thing, Beer Industry. Because I hear this ******** about "community" and supporting local brewers and how it's about being close with your customers. But that always seems to come at the cost of you understanding you're running a ******* business. And as a customer, I am far more concerned with how professional you are in your business interactions with me than you being my buddy. Grow the **** up already.

love,
danbanana.

mine tells me that my account is not created while I am signed in what a joke good luck to those who got tickets I'm sure I'll find one somewhere somehow
