I have just bought a new corny keg. It is Indian made but seems ok and is different to the rest of my Italian ones and older reconditioned coca cola kegs.
When bottling I get a foamy finish, not much but enough to make it unusable.
My CO2 cylinder is nearly empty and I am wondering if this could be creating this foamyness? However I am not having any problem bottling my other kegs from the same batch.
I am bottling kombucha that has been force carbonated. It is chilled and not over carbonated.
Thoughts?
