Welcome! Their are several clubs in the area. I think one meets at Wolf Hills in Abingdon. I'm in State of Franklin. Meetings for SoF are the 2nd Monday of the month at 7pm, alternating between Stir Fry in Kingsport and Depot Street in Jonesburough which might be a bit of a haul for you. This month was in Kpt earlier this week, so it will be in JBO in January.

I'm planning to check out Overmountain Brewers in Abingdon and State of Franklin Brewers in JC, but it'd be cool if we could get a group going in Bristol.

I brewed my first batch (5 gallon extract kit) in December 2013 and got hooked. I've brewed a few more kits since, and looking to continue.

I know ozark brewing supplies in Johnson city has some good supplies. I work in JC so that works out for me. So far I've brewed a few extracts and my favorite by far is a Belgian Wit.

It would be a lot of fun if we got a group together up here. Bring your brews and trade recipes and such.
