Florida Trip - Tampa/Disney

Little about us, We're a 27 year old couple from New York(Long Island) and we're visiting family in Clearwater

We're going to be in Tampa from 12/16/13 to 1/2/14. We plan on spending 1 night at the Hard Rock Orlando so we can cut the lines at Universal then do to Disney, as beer snobs and a 27 year old couple, which of the Disney parks should we go to for the day?

Also what are some places in Tampa we should go to? We know we have to go to Cigar City and St Somewhere. And the last question, where is the best place to go to for New Years Eve? Would anyone wanna meet up with us and show us around, ect.

For beer at disney, Epcot for sure, many of the resorts have a good selection, but at the back of Epcot, is the big river brewing company, who brews on site

Clearwater area has loads of cool little breweries. Dunedin Brewery, 7th Sun (walking distance to DB), Barley Mow (Largo), Lagerhaus (Palm Harbor). If you're in Clearwater, those are all likely within 10 minutes drive. Dunedin also has some great restaurants on their little main street, as well as a great bar called House of Beer with a ton of craft taps. In fact, if you just wanted to go to Dunedin one night you could have it all without driving. Kellys/Chick-A-Boom Rooom is especially fun. For mexican food, Casa Tina is superb.
