Floaters in my Kettle Soured Fruit Ale?

Does anyone know what these are? I made a kettle soured beer and did a fruit addition about 7 days into fermentation using 6 packs of Goya Fruit Puree (Guava and Passionfruit). When I opened it up after clarifying for a few weeks I found these little brains. I siphoned out my beer and was careful to not catch these, and it tasted good so I don't think it's mold. Been in bottles for 10 days already and nothing growing on top either. Seems to be maybe just remnants of the fruit from the puree? If anyone knows what this is I'd love to learn!
