I am planning on making a mixed berry cider what can I add to really flavor this. When do I add this as know yeast can turn this in to sugar and continue fermentation and raise %. I am kegging this using fridge and co2 with tap any suggestion much appreciated cheers.

You may even try frozen berries . Just thaw out and rack the cider ontop. Or you could get a berry flavoring from a LHBS and add it before you keg . I dont think whole fruit will add that much more alchohol. The amount of fruit is a preference thing . I'd probably go with 2.5# 's at first . Then you can always step it up or down on your next batch.
