Long story short I had to naturally prime a keg of esb. After talking to the lhbs and doing some reading I went ahead and used 5 oz. priming sugar for slightly more than 5 gal. I have a distinct feeling it's already over carved. So can someone read over what I plan to do and make suggestions and or spot problems?
1. Keg goes into kegerator overnight. Will chill to 45°
2. Release all pressure several times to flatten the beer.
3. Hook up (now available) co2 and force carb for 12 days @12lbs.
I need this beer the 28th is there is still time to set and forget if I can't get to it until the 15th?
How can I use a bleeder valve to utilize the existing carbonation if I don't have enough time?
