"Fixing" a beer post carbonation

I brewed up 10gal of real bad beer. From another post, I think I just exposed it to oxygen... and I'm going to take precautions moving forward. Thank you forum!

But now I need to fix my current 10gal of beer.

The kegs are filled, sealed, and carbonated. Can I do an in-keg dry hop to try and cover up some of this sherry flavor that still exists after cooling? I set out to brew an IPA, and I'd be happy with whatever type of band-aid I can get at this point.

If someone else has another, better, idea I'm really open to anything!

If it's that bad, take the hit and dump it. Don't waste time, equipment, or good ingredients trying to salvage it. You're not gonna fix oxidation, and it'll only get worse.

Alternatively, cook with it, make vinegar with it, distill it to use in hand sanitizer, etc.

I agree. I was thinking about boiling some brats. Always comes out great when boiling with beer. Even bad beer haha. That is what I did with my entire first batch since it come out pretty rough... Made bad beer but made awesome brats. Might be a good option! Probably not what you were looking for but at least it wouldn't go to waste.

Ooof. Sherry is pretty much the end stage of a fatal case of oxidation. I don't think it can be saved as something drinkable.
The brat-fest idea sounds like the closest to an honorable ending for that beer...
