I brewed an kegged my first two beers (AHS Light Lager and AHS Mexican Pilsner) six weeks ago. I have tried a little of them each week and was a little worried until last night. It had been a week and a half since I last tried them, and they were still a little off. Last night, they were awesome. My mom, who is not a beer drinker, even said she knew where she was going is she could not sleep. She prefered the Mexican Pilsner. What an awesome hobby. Thanks for all the help along the way. This is a great forum with great people. I'm hooked.

Yup,it happens every time! Me included, since making the move from wine to beer & joining this forum. Beer is faster by far than 1,2,+ years on bottles of wine. I only wish my parents were around to try my ales. Congrats man!:mug:
