First timer from AZ!

Obligatory intro first post:

I have several buddies who brew and I have wanted to brew myself for a while now, but have never pulled the trigger. That has now changed, as my wife bought my an all-grain kit for Christmas - (to which I have already been adding to myself...)

That said, I do have a couple questions, but I will mosey on over to the proper sub-forum to do so!

I look forward to getting to know some of you (through the forum at least) here soon!
