I'm not familiar with the Young's pressure barrel, but by the looks of it you might need to prime your beer with sugar after fermentation to carbonate naturally. I don't see any sort of hookup for a CO2 source on there. Even if there is a CO2 hookup on there, you will definitely need a CO2 tank if you want to force-carbonate your beer. The small CO2 bulbs can work for maintaining the carbonation, but not to actually carbonate. That barrel seems to be more suited to cask style or "real ale".
 
Thanks there is a co2 injector cap for it do you can use the bulbs so I will naturally carb it then use the bulbs to maintain the carb would it be okay just to keep the bulb in?
