Ok, I might be a total jackass here....

I ordered a Stella Clone and another lager from AHB.

I was under the impression that I could use my Danby Kegerator as a lager fermenter, but after reading a few threads I am a bit concerned.

A fluxuating temp kegerator has to be just as good as using a tub and changing out bottles?

Any mods I could do? Any help anyone has?

Ok I think your too worried. But is it a chest freezer? can you adjust the temp in between 30 degrees and 60 degrees fahrenheit with a external thermostat. If you can keep the temp anywhere close to 55 degrees you will do just fine. If you do have a probe for the thermostat, put it into a bottle of water so it can monitor water temp and not air temp. really for a lager, u just want it in the 50s for fermentation, and use a big starter thats pre chilled in the 50s
