I'll be filling my first keg today and have a really simple question but just want to make sure.

My keezer is not even close to being built. I was planning on kegging and pressurizing this first one and then just leaving it in my basement (~68* - 70*). Is this OK?

TIA,

John

Yeah that is fine. It will condition in the keg and you can store it easier that way.

If you have the chest freezer and thermostat you can put the keg in there and serve off the picnic tap.
