Well I brewed my first batch last night I hope it turns out good?
I hope I did it all right?? I have Sierra Madre in my primary fermentor!!

I should see fermenting begin 24-48 hours right? and then start to see bubbling in my airlock?

All things said I think it went well.....took me about 3 hours from prep to clean up!!

Cheers to all and any advice would be awesome!!

How bout calling it Treasure of the Sierra Madre, after the movie with Walter Houston & Humphry Bogart? And give the beer all the time it needs to finish fermenting & settle out clear, etc. Those time tables in the instructions are def too short.

Yup! But if you don't see bubbling don't freak out. If you pitched the yeast at the right temperatures, it will ferment. Bubbles don't always mean fermentation, and no bubbles don't always mean no fermentation. The only 100% reliable way to check is with a hydrometer.

Congrats and welcome!

That's awesome! Be careful, its a slippery slope! 3hrs total!? I joke that I spend way more time prepping and cleaning than I do brewing.
