Finally got to start bottling! On the far right is a traditional mead with cinnamon sticks added in secondary, a cyser, a blueberry/elderberry melanomal(?), and the last two are home pressed ciders I wanted to try. My wife and I like the berry one the most. The traditional and cyser have a good initial taste with an aftertaste of jet fuel, so they get to age some more. They have only aged for 3 months in gallon car boys so I added campden tablets to prevent bottle bombs. I hope that’s all I needed to do to prevent homemade bombs! A success I think?
