Ok guys, just did my first yeast starter and first all grain. Both processes went well. I do have a question about my starter... I did 1 liter of water and 100 grams of DME which I boiled, ( easy boil, not hard), for the prescribed 15 minutes in a saucepan. I ended up with something less than 1 liter by about a third. So my question is should I start with more water and plan to finish with a full liter and adjust my dime volume to match the increased water?
