First spunding valve a coming

So i have the fermzilla all rounder and after my last neipa which turned out fine I wanna maximize this fermenter so figured we’ll spunding is the next step. So I bought what’s in the pic and should be here before my next brew next week another neipa. How do I use this exactly. Just pop it on and set the pressure relief to what 10-15psi? I used to use blow offs then purge with co2 during dry hop and now I cold crash under co2 about 3-5psi in my keezer so figured this is all that I was missing to do a low almost no o2 ingress into my beers as I do closed transfers also.
