Hi all

I’m a relatively new brewer and am having a go at my first brew which isn’t based on a recipe. It’s mostly necessity in terms of using up what I have leftover from previous brews, and so I’d be interested in more experienced brewers thoughts on whether I’m making any big mistakes. I’m just going for a single gallon in case it’s a disaster..

Grain bill
800g Vienna malt
50g dextrin malt

Boil for 60 mins

Hop schedule
3g magnum 60 min
5g hersbrucker 15 mins
Irish moss 5 mins
5g hersbrucker flameout

cheap yeast pack I have (otherwise I have a saison or a Belgian abbey yeast available)

Dry hop
10g ahtanum
10g simcoe

Grateful for feedback
