I just created my first recipe from scratch. I used ingredients that I have on hand. It seems like a pretty solid beer to me but, this is my first recipe. Usually I use tried and true recipe and tweak them to my tastes. Any comments, tips, or criticism is welcome. Thanks!
I also just used Beersmith for the first time and can't seem to figure how to share the recipe from there so...here it goes.

9# Maris Otter
1# Caramel 60
5 oz Honey malt

1 oz Northern Brewer (8%AA) 60 min
1 oz Centennial (9.9%AA) 30 min
1 oz Cascade (5.5%AA) 10 min
1 oz Cascade 5 min
1 oz cascade dry hop
1 oz Centennial dry hop

1 pkg Nottingham

I am naming it Frankenstein IPA because it was made using parts I had laying around and it should be ready right around Halloween.

I'd move that Centennial at 30 minutes to somewhere in the last 15 minutes. No reason to waste a lot of its deliciousness at such an early addition for a recipe that's looking a lot like an IPA of some sort.
