Greetings all, I'm Jason and I'm from a suburb of KC. I just brewed my third batch today, and dunkel weissen from Northern Brewer.
My first two batches were a Belgian Dubbel and a hefe weissen. So far, both are great. However, I need to exercise a bit more patience in waiting to open.
