I usually do pales and hefes, so here we go, what do y'all think?

Came up with this one on my own. Any suggestions on yeast? We like them malty, with good mouthfeel, not too dry. I happen to have a packet of S-34, but I'd use whatever would be best for the style.

What's S-34? I know of S-33 which is an ale yeast, and a W-34/70 which is a lager yeast.

I used wyeast 2278 on my last pils, can you ferment lagers?

Now I see at the bottom you have a lager yeast listed.

swap the perle for the Hallertau, and then toss the Hallertau in with the Sazz, forget about the 20 and 40 minute additions

will be a good beer, I would drink it

keep an eye on your desired -- OG, with that much Pils you could easily end up too big

The IBUs are about the same as they were before, with a different schedule.
