First Hefenweizen really low FG

Hey all

Brewed my first Hefenwizen last Thursday. Used a 50/50 grain bill. Used WLP380 and a pinch of yeast nutrient. Fermented in a swamp cooler really low about 60-62 since. Its currently at 66. Checked the gravity just now and it has gone from-
1.046
To
1.006

?????

Lol OG was taken at about 70F

Smells wonderful. My numbers dont seem right at all though lol 80%ish effecincy? I average 60-65 on a normal batch....

I mean sheesh
 
Did you mean "Attenuation" ?
Efficiency is a completely different concept that involves the amount of sugar extracted from grain during Brew process....

Attenuation is how much did the yeast "eat".
Apparent Attenuation with those numbers is 87%
I just did a Belgian 1214 that reached 90% !
