well thanks to you guys and the forums i ahve read i have sucsessfully made two great batches of beer SW1 and new castle, on my third i am making a clone Ommegang
well everything went fine during the boil, but within 12 hours of being in the primary fermenter it was bubbling like crazy, then about 36 hours in (this morning on my way to work) i checked the bucket and it had foamed over alot out of the airlock, i have heard that this is normal and a sign of good fermentation, so i removed the airlock and cleaned it out with hot water then put it back on and foamed over again within 5 mins.
i got home today and took the airlock again and cleaned it, the plastic showed signs that it too had blown out through the seal, so i put the airlock in again made sure the bucket was tight and it has been bubbling strong ever since
do i need to do anything different or anything extra, something im missing?
