First Brew

Ok day 8 and racked to secondary and dry hopped. Went to friends dads and helped brew all grain blonde ale. Not as a daunting task after seeing it and helping.

Well I tried it. Slight banana smell I think may go away with time. Slight bitter finish...over all not bad ill give it another week or two bottled and save 5 for a few weeks. Lighter color from what ive seen others turn out.

Just had another bottle.. banana smell is no more and actually taste ok... im going to save a couple to the 4-5 week mark and try it then
