First Brew ever with my new Christmas Gift

I got the Brewer's Best Deluxe Brewing Kit for Christmas ans figured the best way to start the new year was to brew on the first day. I am brewing the Brewer's Best Double IPA. Using he kit to start but can't wait to get experience and confidence to do it the right way. Happy Brew Year everyone!!!

The brewing went great. It is bubbling in my living room right now. The one tiny mistake I know I made, I put the fermentor in the basement for the first day. It was too cool for things to get started. Brought it upstairs, it started singing in less than 15 minutes. It smells great to me. Looking to do the American Cream Ale kit this weekend, then the next batch I would like to start doing a half and half batch. Sorry really giddy about things right now.

I get giddy every time I make a new beer...
