cracked open my very first home brew tonight....quite a feeling after everything that went into it and all the waiting....very nice hop nose (dry-hopped 1 oz. in secondary) and big head....amber and crystal clear (patience is a virtue)....very clean tasting with mild hop and malt flavor mix....not only did i make it, but it tastes damn good!!! got 3 more batches in the works and bottling a porter tomorrow....home brewing rocks
