First beer batch low to no carbonation

With most answers regarding carbonation, I have noticed the theme, 'if you have used the right amount of sugar' things will work out. I have realized a week after bottling I have used a conditioning tablet for a 330ml bottle but used a 500ml bottle. The beer was 1016 at bottling. Australian Lager. Can I expect a full carbonation or should I look at an early remedy?
