First batch

I just racked my first batch into the secondary and am giving it a little time before bottling. Hoping to have it drinkable for Christmas/New Year.

My Step Father and I are getting into brewing together. He's starting with wine and I've started an extract kit of pilsner. We'll probably switch off so that we can learn the basics of both. We've both done a lot of reading ahead of time and continue reading as much as we can.

We're in NorthWest Ohio.

yo, washington brewer here !! hope all goes well with the step dad, my father in law was brewing before me and he was suprised my beer turned out tasting like beer lol when he was brewing he was makin 1-2 lbs of malt to 7lbs of dextrose for beer so he had no way of knowing lol
