First Batch

So, thought I'd share my BIL and I brewed our first batch yesterday (AHS Karankawa Pale Ale.). All seems to have gone well. Currently it's happily bubbling away in the fermenter.

The process was a lot of fun. Pretty simple if you take your time, prepare, and have an experienced friend to guide you.

Can't wait to taste it and make the next batch.
