Update on batch #1.

Its been in primary for 2 weeks plus a day.

Two gravity readings three days apart were both 1.014, samples looked great, smelled good, and tasted good for warm flat beer.

Temperature control has gone great.... 60F through the first week, 65-67F through the second week and will keep it there for another week, with a plan to bottle next weekend.

Considering now what my second batch should be.

Considering the combination of leaving the beer in the fermenter for 2 weeks and having duplicate hydrometer readings that are near or at the expected FG, you can bottle this any time you like. If you leave it longer more yeast will settle out and the beer will start to mature.:mug:
