Well I got my first batch brewed today. It is a partial mash version of EdWorts Bee Cave Brewery Bavarian Hefeweizen. Recipe provided by my HBS Dan's Homebrewing Supplies, Vancouver BC

7 lb wheat malt extract
.65 lb wheat
.65 lb pilsner malt
.8 ounces hallertau hop .75@45, .25@15
3068 Weihenstephan yeast smack pack

Took longer than I thought it would considering it was extract based, but I think I can streamline things.

Keeping my fingers crossed.:mug:

Thanks everybody:D

Congrats! Ed's brews are always a good bet.

You'll refine your process a lot before you have it down, it will take less and less time.

I did Ed's Bee Cave IPA for my first all grain...its sitting in my primary right now and will need to get moved over to my secondary tomorrow (need the primary for another go 'round of all grain brewing...yea, I am hooked!).

I was worried I screwed something up, last night there wasn't much sign of life in the fermentor. But today it is bubbling away!
Thanks guys
