Well I got my first batch brewed today. It is a partial mash version of EdWorts Bee Cave Brewery Bavarian Hefeweizen. Recipe provided by my HBS Dan's Homebrewing Supplies, Vancouver BC
7 lb wheat malt extract
.65 lb wheat
.65 lb pilsner malt
.8 ounces hallertau hop .75@45, .25@15
3068 Weihenstephan yeast smack pack
Took longer than I thought it would considering it was extract based, but I think I can streamline things.
Keeping my fingers crossed.![Mug :mug: :mug:](https://cdn.homebrewtalk.com/smilies/sdrinking-100-154.gif)
Thanks everybody![Big Grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
