First batch bottled

Sorry I haven't been good at posting any progress, but I did want to say we just finished bottling the first batch: Northern Brewer's Mild Ale. We are plotting out our next recipe and will keep you posted on what we try. Thanks, Todd

Try to keep a 6 pack of this batch for 6 months or longer so you can see what it's like as it ages and so you can compare it to the next 6 months worth of brew that you make. I have 4 left of my first batch that are 4 months old I'm going to crack one open about every 6 weeks from now
