Been an extract or partial mash brewer for nearly two years. Took the leap, bought a couple of RubberMaid coolers which were already set up for all grain, and brewed my first all-grain batch today. I understand all the chemistry, so being here to watch it all take place was fun. Even verified complete conversion by using tincture of iodine! After all the work this afternoon, we have bubbles in the airlock! Now, I have only to wait, and enjoy my very first all-grain Honey Brown Ale. I'm pumped!
