I'm doing my first all grain recipe soon and I wanted some feedback on my recipe.
I'm doing a 5 gallon BIAB and attempting to do an APA with some good citrus flavours and a nice hoppy finish.

Grain bill:
8lbs 2 row
1 lbs CaraFoam
0.5 lbs crystal 60L
0.5 lbs crystal 40L

Mash (in bag) @ 153F for 60min no sparge

Hops:
1 oz Northern brewer @ 60
1 oz Cascade @ 15
1 oz citra @ 10
1 oz citra @ 0
1 oz Citra for 7 days
1 oz simcoe for 5 days

Any feedback is appreciated!

Looks good to me. Pick a nice clean fermenting yeast and give it a go. Post the results.
I would add both of the dry hops at the same time but that's just me.

I like the mix of crystal, but I'd probably leave out the carafoam, or reduce it by half. You have 10 pounds of grain, and 20% are cara/crystal malts. I'd go with 9 pounds basemalt and one pound of crystal malt (10%) but yours is really fine the way it is and I'm a bit nitpicking. It's just that you'll get plenty of body and foam retention from a pound of crystal malt and the carafoam is overkill.

I really like the hopping! It will have a hoppy aroma and flavor, especially with the amount of citra you have there.
