I've been wanting to use rosemary in a stout for a while. (I've got a huge bush in my garden) That should be a great aroma finisher, especially with the Abbey Ale yeast.

Looks fantastic.
 
Thanks Squash, I'll try to remember to let you know how it turns out. I also plan on "dry-hopping" rosemary if the hydro samples need a shot of herbyness.
