I'm almost ready equipment wise to produce my first 10 Gallon all grain batch of beer. I was wondering what two recipes I may use that would only need to change hops or yeast types to make (2) 5 gallon batches. Im open to any variety of beer but do not prefer fruit flavored beers.

I would go for an IPA of some sort. Your able to use the same hop additions in the BK, than you can use two different yeasts and dry hop different as well. Your able to see what affect those two variables have on the beer.

I just brewed my first 10 gallon batch the other day, I did a brown ale for it's simplicity. Just a note calculate how much grain you can handle. I have a 10 gallon igloo, and my 24lb grain bill was almost to much. I had to drain out 2 gallons of my strike water so that it would fit. I put that water in with my sparge water, so my overall result was the same.
