So, i tried to copy over and what a mess, so please just use this link:

Below is what my LBS doesnt have, the substitutions are in parenthesis.
Bonlander Munich 10L ---------------------> (Munich Malt (Weyerman 8-12L))
American White Wheat 2.8L ------------> (White Wheat Malt (Rahr 2.5L))
United Kingdom Chocolate 425L-------> (Chocolate Malt (Briess 350L))
Belgian De-Bittered Black 566L--------> (Black Barley (Briess500L)) or carafa I?
Belgian Aromatic 38L----------------------> (??? )

I couldnt find anything for Belgian Aromatic, so here is what i have available:

Can someone please tell me if this is going to have somewhat of a significant impact on the overall flavor? I want this to be as close as possible to the real thing (i plan to give out at work for 'holiday beer' and would like it to be as close as possible)

This is going to be the first beer i brew with 100% RO. So if you have a good link for 'building' for brown ale/porter water. please let me know.

As for the 'crystal, de-bittered, and chocolate added to last 15 mins of mash'. Do I need to do anything special other than add to the last 15 minutes of the mash and stir?

Does the vodka get dumped in with the spices? The language sounds like it does. This will not give a crazy alcohol taste to my beer?

thanks in advance, i just want to get it right. if needed, i can order off northern brewer!
