So far so good. Mashed in at 156 add the grain and temperature went right down to 148. Temp dropped a little after setting the MLT to 148. Seems to hold with a 1/4 flow through the MT and the MLT set to 152. Its 58 Deg. today in Phoenix so I'll have to watch the temperature of MLT when it starts getting warmer outside.

Spikes does mention a ~4 degree temp drop due to heat loss through the HLT and line loss so you setting 152 to get your 148 is spot on.

Nice set up . I really like to nee 1bbl system they have . Way out of my price league sadly. Space is also a reason as well
