It's sorta spilled milk now and I know the mantra, RDWHAHB, BUT, tonight when I removed the heat from the kettle I forgot to add my finishing hops until I realized the pot had been cooling in the sink for 15 minutes.

Catching my mistake I dumped the hops in the wort, sanitized a spoon for a bit and stirred the pot to break the hop pods up. It was warmish (low 100's) not hot.

Experience tells me I should be fine, maybe a touch light on that last addition, but mostly there.

Am I wrong?

I'm sure you will enjoy the beer. And I am also sure that you will enjoy your next batch even more, when you get the timing right!

So yeah, don't worry.
