finings?

Just added a satchet of finings to my mexican cervasa after reading the visual benefits it has on your finished brew....but is there any negatives or flavour imparements as a result of using it??

In a Mexican beer it will cancel the flavor of any lime later added to the beer. Which may or may not be a good thing.

Thats ok wouldnt want to use lime or any thing. So result!
