Finger Lakes Newb.

Began homebrewing in Dec last year and produced 15 gallons to this point with a plan to do Fall Brew soon. Have enjoyed the hobby and look forward to refining my fundamentals and beginning to take on more challenges. Great craft beer community in Rochester, NY and Finger Lakes and have met some great producers. Starting to engage locavore sourcing of NY hops. Feel free to connect as I look to this forum for reference often.

Welcome to HBT! You're def in the right place for the latest in home brewing. I used to order stuff from miller nurseries in canadagua,ny by the finger lakes. I wonder if they're still in business?

Welcome! With the new farm brewery act and all the new breweries popping up there are a lot of small local hop growers in the Finger Lakes who are either just starting or expanding on what they have. Things are looking great around here!
