My buddy and I have been brewing for about 5 weeks now. We have a Yooper's Dead Guy Clone in a keg, it is about 5 weeks old now. Also a Heff kegged about 4 weeks old and an IPA in the secondary.
All seems to be going well, except the Dead guy tastes horrible. The Heff wasn't bad going into the keg and the IPA wasn't too bad going into the secondary, but the Dead Guy is in the keg and I think almost ready to drink, but tastes really bad. It tastes a little sweet like it's fermented, so I think it may be contaminated. The gravities have been coming out all right, so I'm guessing we did a poor job sanitizing somewhere.
