$3,200/month, not bad!
Hahahahahahahaha
I can't believe that most of those were between $2k and $3k as well. Ridiculous... Kudos to Midtown I guess.

Yeah a **** ton of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments available in the desirable part of town in the $1K range. You guys got it rough!$3,200/month, not bad!

Most of the recent releases have been lasting a few days for fills.I read that the Coconut DIPA will come out this Fri. Is that usually a hot ticket item? They mentioned "limited kegs for growler fill", so wondering if I should go lunch break vs. after work.
Yeah I wouldn’t worry that much about it. Accounting for losses, 25 bbls is probably at least 5000 pints. Most of the recent releases have been lasting a few days for fills.
I found it close to undrinkable... your results may vary.I read that the Coconut DIPA will come out this Fri. Is that usually a hot ticket item? They mentioned "limited kegs for growler fill", so wondering if I should go lunch break vs. after work.

So glad there's burrito discussions over here. That was the only thing I was missing about BAGenuinely asking for a friend who wants a fill. I'm just looking forward to eating a burrito down the street.
What's the good burrito place down the street? I can probably convince my wife to go there more often if there are burritos involved.Genuinely asking for a friend who wants a fill. I'm just looking forward to eating a burrito down the street.

Picante, La Palmita or Chipotle!?
LOL @ "based off my pics"Staggered over from Fieldwork to Picante last time I was there. Curious to know if it's just as good whilst sober. Based off my pics, I had the al pastor burrito (and I always have my beans refried).
For others more familiar with the area, I'm all ears.
I'm pretty sure we're not going to agree on good Mexican food places based on this qualifier alone.and I always have my beans refried

Actually, I've found SF area burritos to be a lot better once I had them stop adding rice and beans and then adding guac. Gets them a lot closer to the SD style, though the meat marinades are still fairly different. Tacos are still where it's at up here though.
I'm firmly on team No Rice. No sour cream, either. Also agreed that the tacos are overall better than the burritos.I'm pretty sure we're not going to agree on good Mexican food places based on this qualifier alone.

To me it's silly to have ordinary pinto or black beans (or whatever bean). My ideal burrito would be tortilla, layer of refried, scoop of rice mashed into the refried, meat, then cilantro and onion. Just the way I grew up is all.
Picante is def legit, even when sober. Not sure how far it is(too far to walk from Fieldwork) but Gordo's is the burrito of choice in Berktown. There's 2 of them on College Ave.Staggered over from Fieldwork to Picante last time I was there. Curious to know if it's just as good whilst sober. Gordo's is one of the few places I would get a Burrito from.
Samesies. One of my favorite spots in SF. Not sure if same as the one in Outer Richmond.
I've had good burritos with rice and beans, and good burritos without rice and beans. I don't understand why people get so hung up on this.
Ley de Pureza de los Burritos?Reinheitsgebot or something similiar for burritos.
I don't understand why you can't understand my personal preference, Stu...I've had good burritos with rice and beans, and good burritos without rice and beans. I don't understand why people get so hung up on this.
For sure but I think we're more talking about your finding your perfect burrito. I like to switch it up with things like beans and meats, but my perfect or ultimate burrito would never have rice. Also, I used to live walking distance to Clement Gordo and have to say that while I like it, I can probably think of at least 10 places in the city that I prefer to Gordo.I've had good burritos with rice and beans, and good burritos without rice and beans. I was speaking generally. To hear discussion about this you'd think each side thinks the other is literally advocating eating babies. It's kind of absurd. (Although I do find it pretty weird that adding ingredients that you're otherwise fine with ruins something for you.)I don't understand why you can't understand my personal preference, Stu...
Growing up, I was fine with rice and beans on my burritos. 5 years in San Diego changed me. They just don't do it for me any more. I want meat (Carne Asada or Carnitas), guac and pico. That's it. Everything else is a distraction and unnecessary filler.
Also, California burritos are an abomination. The fry texture ruins the burrito. I know that's not strictly relevant to this conversation, but I wanted to get it off my chest.
I'm going to suggest that you didn't think this statement all the way through.Although I do find it pretty weird that adding ingredients that you're otherwise fine with ruins something for you.
Why?I'm going to suggest that you didn't think this statement all the way through.
