Anyone have spare cans of Raspberry Parfait from Saturday release they would like to swap?
how many cans are you looking for?
I hope this Saturday-only recent trend of can releases doesn't become a permanent thing. The Berkeley one is often too crowded to be enjoyable on Saturdays; I'm not trying wait in a bar line out the door just for some cans. IMO it would make more sense to have some weekday ones if for no other reason than to drum up more business on lesser performing days. Of course, I also work close to San Mateo and can almost always swing by during lunch...my point still stands, tho.

Picked up a 64 oz can on my lunch break.
Or the other guys did a hit and run and then tried to start a fight and lost. Hard to say without knowing any of the story, but I guess we'll find out what some jurors think pretty soon.Damn, Tweet sounds like an ass.
The report says there was a "near collission" after which he tailed the car and then the fight ensued. Per the report, Tweet sounds like the aggressor, at least initially. Of course, the report may be inaccurate.Or the other guys did a hit and run and then tried to start a fight and lost. Good info. Thanks.Keep in mind the alleged "report" is generally not admissible.
So in terms of evidence which may be used at trial (and I doubt it goes that far), really nothing of evidentiary value has been identified in the media's repeating (moreso than reporting) of law enforcement's (self serving) report they use to justify their actions.
I have a lower opinion of the Alameda County District Attorney's Office than Tupac did.
