Chris Quinn is happy on Twitter about some legal matter getting cleared up and his store now being freed to become what it was meant to be...

Anyone know what that is all about? Good for him, whatever it is.

I know he's been wanting to possibly expand and do a taproom (maybe even a second location), but I don't know if this has anything to do with it. Chris has mentioned the court case off hand to me a few times, but never really elaborated.

The first sip was a little off-putting but once my taste buds adjusted I thought it was pretty enjoyable.
I had the same experience last night. Damn did it turn into a tasty beer.
The Rev Unsesh was very good too. Didn't even hesitate to browse right past all the PW's bombers and Founders Harvest to grab these. Hope guys keep buying up ******* $11 Square Grouper to trade/hoard and leave these readily available.

What the **** is Pipeworks doing? I mean, its good to see the $100 club actually getting perks, but what the ****?

Are you referring to them releasing a **** ton of mediocre to bad BA beers or....
The sudden burst of ****** BA beers. How the hell can this latest one possibly turn out any good?

"We're sorry for making you guys drive to the city to pick up your held beers for the last 3 years, here are some barrel aged dry irish stouts with cardomum and dandelions"

Just picked up some Unsessionable myself. I did drink a Square Grouper last week since I missed it the first time, and it was a pretty good beer. But once was enough with all the awesome beers we have easy access to.

They are choosing the worst beers to put in barrels. It's quite hilarious. It's like they have a wheel with their thinnest, most adjunct beers and just spin it every time they want to throw another beer in a barrel. I'm surprised we haven't received a Bourbon barrel aged DIPA or Saison yet.

Yeah my beer guy was telling me about Over the Line, and I was like OK sure, yeah a BA RIS, yeah hold one for me, I'll try it. Didn't realize it was BA Hey Careful Man. Ugh. And that sounds like one of the better ideas.

Have you had all the recent ba beers? If not, how do you know if they're any good.

Because outside of BA Murderous and one batch of BA Jones Dong, none of them have been any good.

And they didn't cram every adjunct they had available into those barrels.

the BA scotch ale from the first round wasn't bad either, but yeah, other than that agreed. and even then, ba murderous is still not even close to straight jacket.

The new batches of BA Murderous are really good. Last year's ba releases were all good, not great. Haven't had Over the Line yet, and As You Wish was ok but crazy whiskey/bourbon forward.

I agree its a pretty good beer when I had the first batch, but **** spending $11 again. I'm on a self-imposed PW ban until they come through with some of those "promises" (taproom, canning line, etc) they announced what feels like 1-2 years ago. It just feels like there are so many newer breweries that are passing them by when they had a nice initial following, hell they still do have quite the fan boy following.

For those that remember the "Half Acre Hunt" it's coming back per their twitter/blog. For those that don't remember they basically hide a token around the city somewhere and drop a clue on where to find it. If you find it this round you get a private brewery tour with drinks for up to 9 people and you get their next three bombers on them.

People are going apeshit over this this clue in the CCBE Facebook group.

In a place of Ancestry, I am quiet but lek in the majestic. With support from my friends, my story stands tall and knows no end. Theirs tells of flowers, while mine gives hints of Rococo, and what is sought behind the sign.

They hid it at Hill Farmstead?
