I'm drinking Off Color Troublesome right now, and holy hell it is delicious! I've never had a gose before but I am really enjoying this. I'm also happy that A) it's not an IPA and B) it comes in a sixpack. It's really nice to pick up something new and be able to feel that you can trust the people doing the brewing not to suck, and then not be one bit disappointed.

Also, the labels are beautiful.

Agreed on all accounts. I just need Off Color glassware.

Has it hit stores?

Another new beer at Revolution today...

ContinuinG Resolution
This Belgian-style blonde ale brewed to "celebrate" the end of the government shutdown. This brew is actually a small beer made from the second runnings of wort from our Congressional Approval wheat wine (release date Nov. 20).

The twist for this beer was that we fermented it with Belgian Ardennes yeast, which provides a lovely blend of fruity esters and phenolic notes. A lighter-bodied, refreshing beer to take a growler of when you go visit the recently reopened national park or monument of your choice!

Looks like FFF released another BA beer today. They won't say what it is....seems like a good marketing ploy to go in an buy it.

Sounds like several:
"The pub has released a limited amount of barrel aged and one off beers in 750 mL bottles today. Come on in and see what is available."

I know a little while back there were pictures taken inside the brewery of barrels marked 'blueberry lambic' (I'm assuming this thing) and also some Woodford Reserve barrels marked 'A. Cow'.

I'm pretty sure it was this thread where I said the Goose Island sours were going to be stupid expensive in Philly. Already one shop selling Gillian for $41. Or rather, attempting to sell, I hope.

Figures. None of those were especially good save for BA Alpha Klaus, and even that's not worth $25.

I was going to copy my post and forgot. Thanks for the backup.

I'm the worst.

St. Louis-based all Barrel Aged brewery, Side Project and Chicago's own Off Color are helping spearhead what's going to be an amazing night of BA beers to kick off the FOBAB. Rare bottle pours from Side Project and a special one-off BA beer from our friends at Off Color. Other rare BA beers, including Firestone Walker Velvet Merkin & Agrestic, Southern Tier Oak Aged Back Burner 2012 and Arcadia Bourbon Barrel-Aged Shipwreck Porter Baltic Porter will be pouring, along with a few surprises.

Stop by and have a beer with Cory from Side Project and Dave and John of Off Color from 8pm - 10pm. Tappings/bottle pours start at 5pm -- don't miss out!

I'd be curious to see what the BA Off Color beer is.
