i mean we technically make beer in chicago, only its in the south bracket. if hop butchers in, we're in goddamnit. we shared it and sorta told folks to vote for band of bohemia. In this instance, the idea of a brewery > the actual execution of a ‘culinary brewhouse’![]()

The guild is also introducing a new closing event, which will be themed every year and aims to be a bit more “intimate and exclusive,” D’Alessandro said. This year’s motif: Good Libations — “tropical, beach and fruit beers,” with patrons asked to dress to match the theme.
Fifty to sixty breweries will take part in the closer, which will be held May 25 at Theater on the Lake, with at least one beer from each maker matching the motif. More than 2,000 tickets will be available for Beer Under Glass; Good Libations will be limited to about 500 tickets.

so if I wanted to come get some more that should be no problem?

You know that feeling when you start a company 7 years ago, brew outta 4 different breweries for 5 years, work three years to find a location with proper zoning and stand a chance at getting licenses, tell some Chicago publication they can have dibs on the first announce and then wait forever for said interview/article, only to have to quietly announce it on an email to 300 folks because people already sorta knew.
