Seriously, these Hunter for Hunter offers are getting so damn ridiculous that they're hilarious?
Doesn't 18th St. keep re-brewing them? Why not just wait for the next one?
Can't wait to see the release and aftermath for the BA versions...
The Hunters are all incredibly mediocre, but BA Coffee Hunter at Stout Fest last year was top notch. I might actually go down for that one.

I was at stoutfest and had pours of Hunter, Hunter Coffee, and Vanilla Hunter. I don't remember any of them being BA. Were all of them, or just the coffee?
I thought the regular Hunter they were pouring that day was best.
Definitely not knocking the beer itself and I bet the BA version will be pretty good. I've enjoyed the couple I've tried enough. The Hunters are all incredibly mediocre, but BA Coffee Hunter at Stout Fest last year was top notch. I might actually go down for that one.
There is a BCBS tap takeover at Flo & Santo's in the South Loop tonight that I heard about earlier from a friend. Thought I might of had a low-key gem tonight. No CCBE reference all day, then of course they come through 30 mins ago as always.
Like a pimple on your ass that won't go away.
That's my neighborhood spot. It was pretty low-key, actually, despite them raffling off bottles of 2010 and 2014 Vanilla and 2014 Prop.
2014 Prop, Vanilla, BW, and reg on tap. Prop and Vanilla are both way better on tap than the bottles I had. The S'mores pizza was still better than both.
My buddy that went won a Prop. Sounded like it turned out great. I got hung up at work and am still here. Might drink all the crappy extras that have accumlated in my bottom desk drawer in one big room temperature coovie then puke, and use that as a reason to go home.
Tell him to come over here and make a "NillaHunterPlease" account and use a lot of hashtags.Hunter 4 Hunter is definitely the "Post of the Quarter".
Some guy came over to RateBeer Chicago Metro graveyard and essentially started begging for a Vanilla.. that he missed the release even after he set reminders, alarms, and everything.

Seems like that works.
Revolution's newest IPA, Civil Disobedience, is the ****. 7.7% and it tastes like liquid candy. Heavy dry-hopping with Citra and Galaxy is my guess with a decent bitter finish just the same. Good stuff.
Less good is this weird old couple sittig next to me in the brepwub. Totally wasted and they keep making out. Gross.
Oh God. Troll post on CCBE was taken seriously.
****.
Somehow my Carton Brewing connection knows what it is too and wants one in exchange for some of that sweet, sweet sounding Regular Coffee they make.Except no one outside of #newmoney and FIBS know what Vanilla Hunter is. #Newmoney is to busy hoarding hunters or trading them for other hunters and the rest of either didn't purchase it or purchased it, drank it and self-loathed about how it would have been wiser to buy a 6-pack of Eugene instead.
And still have $3 in your pocket afterwards.would have been wiser to buy a 6-pack of Eugene instead.

I can't even figure out why I find the offers hilarious. Maybe cuz there's just so many of them and its a bomber of milk stout? Just makes me scratch my head when bottles last throughout the day when released.
#NewMoney gonna #NewMoney, I guess.
Speaking of **** that's in way too many trades, can we talk about Madagascar for a minute? I'm fairly certain that 99% of CCBE had never heard of it until last weekend. Now the hype floodgates have opened and you have people offering prop for it. SMH.
i kinda want to post fake but plausible sounding beers FT on CBX and see what offers i get
FT: purulence b2 ISO: hunter vanilla x2
