Will do. The trade offers I'm getting are equally hilarious.

"Hey man, if you won't share the location of your secret spot would you trade that King Henry for a BA Old Rasputin?"

You could have really called that guy on it and referred him to Henry porter by Transient. I mean if it's only about the name...

God I thought those two begrudgingly made beer after making millions post distribution sell off.

If I ever have a kid, I'm gonna name him or her fou foune. I think it translates to something naughty but I need to get that ISO done. Who names their kid Henry in 2014?

Edit, someone used my ****** joke. Ok, how bout my little daughter blabaer?

i dunno dude, i think loerik has a nice ring to it

That's interesting to say the least.

I will say this: Destihl's biggest non-local market for their beer sales is Arizona. Apparently there is a dearth of options there (Which is surprising considering the proximity to California) that make it a prime market for brewers with the means to move into. It also makes sense that a market starved for beer while having a large demand would laud their new breweries (Fate, Arizona Wilderness, etc) so highly.

Throw on top of it the number of Midwesterners and Chicagoland folks who do end up in Arizona being significant.. it might be a prudent business move for them.

BRB, opening a berliner-lager centric brewery in AZ.

Kickstarter, what is this 2011? Indiegogo lets you keep whatever you raise when you don't reach your 70k free loan goal.

Wow the internet really does have it all!

Switching gears, I picked up an A Hundred Miles Off recently, looking forward to trying it this weekend.

Step 1. Open brewery in AZ
Step 2. Announce a crazy BA'd stout
Step 3. Watch people die of heatstroke while waiting in line.
Step 4. Profit.

You can probably just eliminate steps 1 and 3 completely, or at least step 1.

Well, there goes my liver (and wallet, most likely) -- the people behind Longman & Eagle are opening a tiki bar with Paul McGee (Three Dots and a Dash, The Whistler) about a half mile south of Revolution's tap room at Diversey and Kedzie. And there will be a Chinese restaurant next door! Even better!

my wife is a huge tiki fan and we already highly enjoy 3 dots and the whistler, and this is 2 blocks away from my apartment. it was nice knowing you, financial stability

**** that, I'm not a ****** 25 year old bro. The bitch, the bro, the urban dictionary lowest common denominator and derogatory names need to ****** go. Or at the very least put it in french to sound like your not a perverted mouth breather.

Yeah, I hate gawker too! What trash.

It's Henry aged with all that for a little bit. Only available at Nevin's while it lasts.

It's part of "The Oneder Beer" event at Nevins, happening tomorrow afternoon. Coincidentally, I am ISO tix for the event. Anyone happen to have 2? :) I asked my brother a while ago if he wanted to go with me, and he took a pass, so I never bought tickets. Today he asked if it was too late, and tickets are sold out. He clearly does not understand #newmoney. If anyone has a couple they'd be willing to part with for beer and/or money, let me know!
